The Opportunity
We are seeking a Help Desk Engineer to support complex, secure ICT environments that underpin critical national programs. This role supports operators, analysts, mission teams, and secure facilities, ensuring systems remain reliable, compliant, and available.
You will work across a mix of onsite ICT support, systems administration, incident response, secure environment maintenance, and troubleshooting. This is a hands-on technical role with genuine impact.
